An example is the six-story Growers Square project in Walnut Creek, which leased almost immediately in a very competitive market. Office projects in San Rafael and the Drake’s Landing waterfront complex in Greenbrae have had similar success. In the past 15 years, TWM has designed more than 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial office space.
