Constructed on the site of the old Coronet Theater, the Coronet is a collaboration between BRIDGE Housing and the Institute on Aging. In addition to providing 150 affordable apartments for seniors, the project provides a 55,000 SF home for the Institute on Aging. Tsang Architecture of San Francisco designed the interiors for the Institute on Aging. BAR Architects provided conceptual design and ushered the project through the entitlement process.
