TWM’s multi-family residential projects foster community while preserving the privacy and individuality of each “neighborhood.” Our affordable housing projects create unique environments that are intuitively arranged with appropriate landscaping. Our interiors are both efficient and comfortable, with structures sensitively designed and cost-efficient. Affordable housing has been central to TWM’s project work since its inception, and we have familiarity with funding sources such as HUD, CHFA, Federal Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, and rental assistance programs.

TWM’s residential projects encompass detached and attached single-family units, townhouses and condominiums. Whether set in low-, medium- or high-density settings, many of the projects are part of master planned, mixed-use environments.
